December is a month that's all about sharing and caring. Therefore McDonalds's teamed up with TBWA\Neboko to create a (digital data-driven) loyalty program & campaign. McDonald’s ‘Cadeau Kalender’, their biggest campaign of the year from 2015 on, is an in-app advent calendar where rewards can be unlocked every day, through the whole of December. For a seamless omni-channel user experience I created flowcharts and prototypes of the app and desktop web app. To make the experience of 2016 more immersive and easy to use I updated the UI and Visual Design to get a more consistent customer journey.
